  1. He should be good to go, considering he took most of the last 2 games off. I kid. But he did.
  2. Believe it or not, the Bills pass defense ranks 6th in the league in yards allowed (193.4), so Cutler's day was about average from a yards standpoint. The Bills are, however, 31st in QB Rating allowed (108.4), with only the Cowboys being worse. But Cutler did end up with a pretty good rating Sunday. That's because teams run the ball down their throat so much.
  3. I'd settle for 2009. I think 2009 Pena is what could be reasonably expected. He's not going to hit .196 again. And I don't know if he had an injury, but he had no power at the end of the season.
  4. Not gonna lie, I dig them. The block numbers are nice. So much better than the orange ones. Oh God yes.
  5. Uh, yeah. DUH! http://product.images.fansedge.com/76-01/76-01780-F.jpg

  7. Why is this sad? Why is sad even on the list of words you would consider using in that sentence? There are 16 teams in each conference, you can't play them all every other year. Who gives a crap that Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco may only play each other 3 times in 11 years? Do you know how many times Peyton Manning and McNabb have played each other? 3 times. Who cares? You know....pointing out how much you don't care about something, without being prompted, shows that you at least care enough to point out that you don't care.
  8. Can we get 2007 Pena?
  9. Is it PPR? Doesn't matter, you still have to do it. It will get frigid in Buffalo real soon, and they will stop caring at some point and not do anything offensively. Oakland will be in the playoff race all season and will use McFadden a lot. DMC has been one of the top RB this year.
  10. Balance is very important, if you can't completely dominate with your pass game. And by dominate, I mean score points. That's why SD, Indy, and NO don't have to be balanced. And it's why Denver and Dallas (3 and 4 in pass yards per game, but bottom 1/2 in scoring) have 3 wins between them....because they need balance to win/score. And the point isn't just to run 30 times and throw 30 times for the sake of balance. The key is keeping the defense OFF BALANCE. If you run every first down, throw every 3rd down, and run on 2nd down only if your 1st down play is successful....you achieve balance, but you are also very predictable.
  11. If it's PPR, start Bess. If not, go with Moss. Bess has 6 straight weeks (7 of 8) with at least 5 catches. Moss can't possibly know the Titans offense well enough to have a 5 catch game (only 2 this season). However, one thing Moss can do on any team is run a go or post route. I'd imagine Tennessee will at least give Moss a couple shots to make a play deep if for nothing else, to help out Chris Johnson. Also, go with Orton. In my leagues, Orton is the #5 QB in one league and #2 in the other league. Better choice than Fitzpatrick, regardless of how well he's been playing. If you want numbers, Detroit is 21st against the pass. KC is 22nd, so playing Orton is also playing the matchup.
  12. Throw the corner to Aromashodu!!!
  13. That's how you break tackles.
  14. It was Hester though. A 175lb WR can go down that easy. Forte shouldn't be tackled the way he is.
  15. Nice blocking on the 3rd down. Like that they are trying to run it outside and get Cutler out of the pocket.
  16. Aroma was open, Cutler with consecutive bad throws. Bennett helped him out on the 1st.
  17. Chris Williams still sucks.
  18. http://www.vshare.tv/live/88af35544ed9c3491d2e3f5ccc682c40566a9dbbdaf76c/firstze3/1 Thanks,.
  19. Can't get the game online either? Anybody got a link?
  20. Jamie Dukes on NFL network said the Bears were contenders (instead of pretenders) for a playoff spot, but then picked them to lose this weekend. I think I've seen 2:1 people picking the Bills tomorrow. I'll join the fray. Mostly it's a vote of no confidence in the Bears, but still -- I think the Bills are bad, but they'll pick up a win somewhere and this game looks like it might be the one. Said the same thing about the 08 Lions.

  22. Alabama with 10. I'd think about Bama's top 9 defenders.
  23. Belcher had money on Iowa I guess. He dropped two TD passes today. PRESSURE BUSTS PIPES! Yeah, that's two years in a row you guys should have beaten us. Kind of glad you're going to be in a different division now because aside from the game two years ago, we play like crap against the Hoosiers. The bright side is winning that game could have saved Bill Lynch's job. But nah I still wanted it. It would have been an awesome win. Oh well. Yeah I don't know what the deal is with Iowa against Indiana, it is weird. Are there any rumors that his job is in jeopardy? I haven't heard anything.
  24. 3rd freakin conference game IU has lost by 7 or fewer. Can't stop Michigan from going 80 yards in like 60 seconds. Let Iowa score in 3 damn plays when they were up late. Can't make a catch to win it. If you ever want to be at least a middle of the pack team in the Big Ten, you have to start winning some of these games.
  25. Nick Johnson is a really good baseball player. While he did only play 24 games this year and 38 in 2008, he did play 133 in 2009, with 130+ each in 06 and 07. Hopefully, you can get 110-125 games out of him. And if you do, you're going to get a guy that's going to be on base about 42% of the time. Don't get rid of Kosuke, teach Ramirez how to play again, and a full year of DeWitt, and you got an offense that will get on base and score a lot more. Granted, Dunn will get on base a ton and hit for power in 160 games, but he will cost a lot more. If the Cubs are going to go cheap, Nick Johnson wouldn't be a bad way to go.
