    Montero for Almora seems unnecessary, and stupid.

    I know some other dumb stuff has happened this game, but I still can't wrap my mind around what the Cubs thought they saw in Peralta.

    Even on the home runs he had hit this year, it seems like only 1 or 2 of them have been really well hit balls, with the other ones barely clearing the fence. When we faced St. Louis in the playoffs last year, it felt like every Heyward at bat was a potential extra base hit. Now it is single or nothing, and more often than not it is nothing.

    I'm not sure I like that double switch. Wouldn't Baez have been a better option at the plate instead of Montero, especially since Baez was coming in anyway?
