  1. I remember the good ole days when we only had to take away one bad start to get Lester's ERA to a respectable level. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  2. No way Davis comes back for the 9th right? If Rondon can't hold a 6 run lead, we deserve to lose anyway. Don't start this Chapman "no lead is safe" BS again Joe. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  3. And by a "lot of traffic", you mean more than 4 users. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  4. Why does this horsefeathers always happen during Coomer innings? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  5. It's a shame Tseng can't qualify for the Win. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  6. Contreras, Avila, Revera, Caratini, Schwarber, Davis Crap, I completely forgot about Caratini. I was giving Joe the benefit of the doubt that he was starting Davis because of his familiarity with Tseng, but that logic doesn't hold up when he could have started an actual major league player in Caratini instead. 7. Eh, what's the big deal? It's only a pennant race. Doesn't everyone start their #4 catcher and borderline prospect starting pitcher? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  8. Why would you want to bench Heyward but keep Jon Jay in the mix? Jay has marginally better offensive numbers, but Heyward is much better at every other aspect of the game. Jay needs to go back his bench role where he had success, because using him as a nearly everyday starter isn't exactly producing stellar results. I get it that Heyward still sucks offensively, but he is easily a better all-around option than Jay.
  9. I think it is pretty obvious why he didn't. It was his first major league game and they wanted to take him out on a positive note. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  10. We will always have that inning Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  11. Command or no command, he certainly is an improvement over Koji's batting practice fastball. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  12. Where did Washington's offense disappear to? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  13. I still don't get it. The rear camera angle clearly showed Javy's hand hitting the base while the glove was nowhere near him. If you aren't going to overturn that, you shouldn't have replay. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  14. What is the horsefeathering point of replay? That was clearly safe. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  15. It seems to me the Cubs tried to get a little too cute with the Rene Rivera acquisition. I would much rather see Caritini in the lineup twice a week instead of a giant hole in the 8 spot. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  16. He had some big hits in Cincy this week, iirc Singles, no doubt. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  17. Anytime Heyward wants to do something offensively would be ok with me. It is getting close to time for him to sit down for awhile. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  18. Heyward definitely should have caught that. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  19. Those are fastballs right down the middle that Heyward can't do anything with. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
