I hate those rankings, but there is no real way to do it outside of having people vote. Not that I would trust the people of FIFA to any kind of vote either. I wouldn't trust Sepp Blatter to park my car. I trust him to screw any English speaking nation. That's about it though.

I should think you'll see him get around 300 mlb at bats this year. Maybe more the way he played this spring and the start he's had at Memphis. I think he could step in now and approach an .800 ops.

Izturis is no longer the number one LaRussa concern. Any replacement available at SS sucks comparably. Concern number one is Skip Schumacker over Brian Barton. -

I'm no fan of bloated sports contracts, but it's weird that I make more than some MLS players that are older than me and actually very solid players.

Keeper. Sleeper. Keeper as in a player that may not be an awesome fantasy player this year but has a good shot of being one in the future. Sleeper as in a player that not many people would expect to be good and thusly would be available via the waiver wire. right, and that doesn't change what i said. i can't really imagine barton ever being fantasy relevant in a 5x5 and miller's a long ways away from even being startable. It's a 20 team keeper league. .340, 18, 75, 75, 0 is certainly relevant. Miller, well, IT'S A 20 TEAM LEAGUE.

hahahahahahahaha That is awesome, and very true. I watched some of Tuesday night's game (their first of the freaking season) and the stadium was practically empty. And it was the 8th inning of a 2-1 game. Obviously it was a rescheduled makeup, but still, that struck me as pathetic. Actually it isn't very true. It's not even kind of true. I wish it was, so a message would be sent to ownership. Your practically empty stadium sold 39,000 tickets to that game. Jeff Passan is a bitter KC homer. The game was a delayed start, the forecast called for rain and by the 8th inning it was probably around 45 degrees.

i'm glad i didn't see this game. 1-0 on an o.g. and go down 2-1 to an inferior side that was getting heckled by the home fans. i look at the second leg as a possible win-win, chelsea goes down, grant gets sacked. chelsea wins, and sets up an interesting semi-final. It's gotten comical, hasn't it? How in the hell hasn't he been fired? Why was he even hired in the first place unless Abramovich has been knowingly using him as a place holder until a real coach could be brought in this summer? It's real simple, Avram. ---Anelka---Drogba---- All day, every day. You have one of if not the best target forwards in football and a guy who you just shelled out huge money for who can do anything you want at his position. Stop using him at the wing, start him next to Drogba and watch the defenders cry.

Best case scenario for Chelsea today. Grant's lineup was a joke and we get an away goal and still lose. This accomplishes the key away goal (they won't score at the bridge) and Grant is one step closer to unemployment.
