If they're talking Hamilton for Marshall, I'd do it. I wouldn't consider Hill or Marmol though. Does sound too good to be true, but with some of the pitching out there Marshall might have more value than we think as was mentioned. I hate to trade young pitching and think Marshall has done reasonably well, but this could be one of those "smaller" deals that makes a huge impact. Dare I even say that Hamilton and someone like McLouth would allow us to trade Pie and Hill for Santana? If MN wants Ellsbury and Lester from Boston, wouldn't that be a comparable package. That would prevent us from being over loaded with lefty starters (which has been mentioned as something Hendry would think about). It would probably take us out of getting Fukudome, but would that major upgrade in pitching (Santana, Z, Lilly)be enough to improve the team with a minor upgrade in offense(SS, CF, and RF being manned by Riot, Cedeno, McLouth, Hamilton,and Murton)?
