    That strikes me as very unlikely. The NL DH is tantamount to the end of pitchers distinguishing themselves with the bat. That's not much of a loss. It's not surprising that you think so, but I think it contributed a lot to making Zambrano fun as a player.

    I prefer no DH, although I don't feel strongly about it. There's the sliver of strategy, the insignificant purity of the players on the field batting, and the genuine intrigue of the better-hitting pitchers distinguishing themselves with the bat. However, I would gladly give that up for uniformity across leagues.

    I think I'd prefer the plate full of jelly It's not a bachelor meal, I promise. The lady ate some fried spam slices herself, along with some rice she cooked.

    Tonight I fried some spam slices, and then fried an egg so the yoke was still runny. I ate a spam and egg sandwich for dinner with some horseradish sauce on it. Delicious. This will help the Cubs achieve victory, I am sure.

    Did you know that ESPN games are blacked out nationally on MLB.TV? It makes perfect sense that they are, but I haven't had a subscription in so long I forgot. Oh well, time to revert to piracy.

    In 2021 this will all be water under the bridge. He will hopefully have two or three WS rings and love Chicago, but yes his contract will be very high but I don't think this will play any part of if he resigns with the Cubs or goes to the Yankees. You could be right, but some people dont forget, at the very least Boras wont forget. Boras is a businessman first and foremost. The dude won't cut off his nose to spite his face, but he was never going to do the Cubs any favors with the contract negotiations either.

    I rarely pay attention to him. Is Olbermann even a Cubs fan or does he simply think Wrigley should be maintained as an unblemished shrine to the detriment of the Cubs?

    Even those under the impression that there's a 1982 action classic entitled "Rambo" know better than that. Ha. I was 10 when The New Hope came out and I don't remember anyone calling it that. No one did. It was just released as Star Wars back then.
