The key to sustained success in the NHL, IMO, is to draft well and make smart, sell-high trades. For example, selling Bollig while you still could was very smart (though one wonders why they gave him a multi-year deal in the first place). If someone - anyone - wants Bickell or Versteeg, you do it. And I completely agree re Sharp. He's on the wrong side of 30 with a high cap hit. Don't expect an exciting return. Probably a 1st and 4th, or something like that.
