They have been dinged up pretty much all season thus far, and the season is about 6 weeks old. Bradley and Geo havenb't hit much; Lee isn't near what he was three or four years ago. Yet here they are, a few games over .500 and very much "in it". I really don't think this is a reason to panic. In the past, with Neifi as your back up and Dusty as your manager, I would have raised the white flag. Not with this group. And don't freak if Jim doesn't run out and trade for some one. Let's see if Freel can fill-in for a week or two before we start calling for Hendry to bring in a reinforcement. As another poster mentioned, I'd rather see Hendry concentrate on fixing our very spotty bullpen.
