I'm starting to pin Aram's struggles on Hendry at this point. Yes, I know Hendry can't hit for him. However, whatever Aram is doing isn't working. Lou hasn't moved him down in the lineup or forced him to get extensive help from Jaramillo. Therefore, it's up to the next person in charge, Jim Hendry, to step in and force Lou to do something about this. However, he's content to just let Lou let him "work through it" and be an automatic out in the middle of the lineup for the time being. I don't think GM's should influence day-to-day decisions regarding the players, as I feel that's the manager's job, but in this case he certainly has both the authority and the good reason to step in.
