Yeah, I very highly doubt it. I view it this way.... Say you stink at your job. Your co-workers know it, your boss knows it. However, HIS boss thinks you're the greatest thing to ever come along. Would you feel secure in your job? Of course you would. And you could do whatever you want because you know you wouldn't get fired by your boss, because then his boss would fire him. It's the same thing with Hendry. I'm sure he'd like to buy Baker the next plane/train/bus ticket out of town, but the Tribune, who only looks at the 88 and 89 wins and thinks "Improvement!", thinks Baker is doing a fine job, and will keep him there for at least as long as he's under contract. What else could it possibly be? I'm sure Hendry doesn't care for the job that Dusty is doing, but he still has a job. That reeks of "Tribune interference" to me.
