  1. With his age, tools, and production.. Hyperbole doesn't exist. Alright then, he's the best prospect in the organization Based on ceiling, you'd be correct.
  2. With his age, tools, and production.. Hyperbole doesn't exist.
  3. Javier Assad is quietly getting back into prospect status as his improved FB and new cutter have been outstanding this year.
  4. Depending on how far Duren goes, he'd be probably the only one I'd trade up to get (assuming he goes 10-15).
  5. Dakota Dozier gets carted off the field, hurting what no depth they had before. Sign Ereck Flowers and Daryl Williams to keep Fields alive.
  6. When NBC sports replayed the game; due to time constraints they magically removed the inning that had the call.
  7. The Cubs would get fleeced in that scenario.
  8. If Anaheim was smart, they'd get Matt Quatraro (current Rays bench coach). Although, they'll probably get some retread who can fail again.
  9. He's more of a 4th Ofer type. He doesn't have one tool that really stands out but he's doesn't do anything poorly either. His hit tool is probably his best asset. Defensively, he's more of a natural RFer. He's an ideal asset to fill out the btm of the roster.
  10. Hopefully him and Jordan can become regulars at Iowa.
  11. Ironically, the combined WAR of the 12 is probably equal to a replacement level player.
  12. Smyly is making it difficult to have any trade value.
  13. It'll be interesting to see when Velazquez gets his 1st hittable FB.
  14. Halfway through what to expect from Swarmer. His command has been better than I expected.
  15. As bad as Madrigal was and how little room for error he has to be productive, I'd take him 10 out of 10 times over Simmons.
  16. He used to be the the ultra micro manager which he still does with the lineup but he once could manage a bullpen. Now, he's bad at everything.
  17. I can't believe how much I'm enjoying TLR ruin whatever chance the Sox have despite their talent.
  18. My realistic draft hopes: 1) Tari Eason - LSU 2) EJ Liddell - Ohio State
  19. In non-surprising news, Josh Donaldson is a racist. Called Tim Anderson "Jackie" in a derogatory manner. Stay classy.
  20. He has as many BBs this year as he did all of last year.
  21. Given the Cubs current situation, getting rid of Heyward adds minimal benefit both financially or talent wise. If you want to get rid of Contreras including Heyward only lessens the prospect in return and fattens the Ricketts' pockets.
  22. Who's 2nd on the team in OPS? BJ Murray. Another good night overall... MB got on base 27 times as a team Robel Garcia doing his best imitation of a AAAA player, good to see him improve his BB rate despite the K rate well above 30 %. As far as Ball, I'd let stick at AA for a little bit. His power numbers are starting to rise and this has been his best stretch since 2019. I don't recall seeing this many pitchers in the organization striking out more base runners allowed than this current group.
  23. Can't wait for them to score more runs today than the rest of the week
