  1. I wish we could take credit ... but this one was handed down from one of the most liberal courts in the land. Y'all should have milked Katrina for a while longer before unleashing that decision.
  2. Williams avoided disaster there. I'd sure like to hang a loss on Pettite.
  3. I can't understand why anyone would rant about Walker while at this very moment we're looking at Baker's favorite midget/black hole at second. Todd is not one of our problems. The manager and his band of useless pets is.
  4. Looks like we'll be dealing with the rain all day.
  5. Lee with the Guthrie/Lowell special. Nice to see someone actually trying at the plate.
  6. So we skip Messmer now? That's bad, but the lineup is so much worse.
  7. I like that Chevy sign a hell of a lot better than the Dusty editions.
  8. Don't forget September 22-25 @ Cincinnati.
  9. Crap. Every Yankee/Red Sox loss gives the White Sox more breathing room.
  10. Nothing like sitting in the rain to see the legendary Macias-Perez 1-2 punch.
  11. I hope the fellas crank up the chick shots today.
  12. Dude, he wears #1, where else do you expect him to play
  13. Brenly: Macias at 2B for the remainder. :pukel:
  14. I don't want Reinsdorf, Williams, Guillen or Jimbo's to see a dime of any postseason cash/bonuses. Let the AL East romp.
  15. We need Boston and the Yankees to keep winning right up to their head-to-head series next weekend. That, along with some more good times at the Cell, and those bastards will be stuck at home for a long, debilitatingly frustrating offseason.
  16. Cubs-Brewers outdrew them two out of the last three games. TV ratings for the Sox are improving, but many of those tuning in are people like me - people reveling in this. Keep it up Ozzie!
  17. Dusty has inflicted unspeakable pain and suffering upon this fanbase. Somehow, the "general manager" isn't nearly as broken up as we are over the idiocy-induced collapse of the foundational talent he put together. Hendry should be fired on the spot the moment he begins talks for an extension.
