    The best guess for me and I'm far from an expert is he's traded or Nico is traded by the deadline next year. He's shown the ability to adjust quickly and in the rare glimpses where we hear him talk, seems to have a pretty good idea of the type of player he is and can be.

    Prediction: The defense is going to carry them to start the season. Then Williams and Co will roll into a Division championship. The Lions are a paper tiger.

The FV stuff is at best, a rough estimate and should not be tied to anything and more specifically mythical money. MLB is not a commodities market. It should be about winning baseball games. A lot of the stuff that people parrot from Fangraphs and other places is a house of cards built on faulty assumptions and taken as fact. Baseball is about tangible outcomes.

    Easily my favorite non-Cub. He was funny and great and had great fun playing baseball. I could listen to him talk hitting forever. If he chooses he will be an outstanding broadcaster.
