    That was freaking awesome. Best non-Cubs moment of baseball watching for me. Mostly with the Rays and Red Sox. On the NL side I still blame Marmol for that Cardinals World Series Nelson Cruz's inability to catch a flyball 95% of OF catch probably also played a role It was the World Series that was determined by the least terrible managerial decision. LaRussa won because Washington was just a [expletive] hair more terrible in that series.

    It's only one game but Heyward looked much better at the plate last night. His body was better aligned at contact and his top hand was much looser before the pitch.

MEA CULPA. Please, the context of most of those posts were in response to someone saying something like Bryant is going to be awesome when he gets to the bigs. His doom boner was strong with Bryant.
