Two poputs on first pitches tonight with men on base for Walker. I can't remember five big hits that guy has gotten this year. He is one of the softest .300 hitters in the game.

I agree with you completely on the idea of Neifi predetermining whether he is going to swing or not. I have no idea why any pitcher who has read his scouting report would ever throw him a first pitch fastball, much less one in the strike zone.
