What has been keeping Zambrano so calm. I kinda miss the Zambrano throwing at guy's heads and getting tossed from games. Is game 1 vs. Arizona the only one he has got tossed from all year?

He also got tossed from another game in April vs. the Reds. He's channeled his frustration towards his teamates this year, and also channeled it into hitting triples and home runs :D

As an aside, he was already removed from the game in Arizona when he was tossed.

Has he really blown up at his teammates that much? I don't think I noticed it any more than I did last year.

Only twice in his last start. But it wasn't so much blasting them as being a cry baby jerk. Not that I don't like Zambrano but he still has some growing up to do.

It would have been pretty tough for Cedeno to turn two on the ball he caught. The pitcher would have scored anyway on the single two batters later when Murton screwed up throwing to 2nd instead of the cutoff man.

He has been a LOT better this year than he has in the past. Either that or he is making it less noticable.

I agree. The announcers from ESPN seem to want him to act up but except for the recent outburst I haven't seen it.

He like us is a fan and as such he knows we suck. Thus he doesn't get too fired up. At least thats how I am this year as opposed to last year when we had a lot of talent.
