I don't like his negative attitude towards closing. I applaud him for accepting a move to the bullpen to help the team this year, but overall whenever asked about it, it seems like he has a gun to his head forcing him to pitch relief.

 

That said, he would make a great closer next year if the first 7 innings this year are any indication.

Yeah, but a good article nonetheless. An excellent summation of all of the complexities involved with the Kerry Wood situation.
