Who is the best #31 pitcher in Cubs history?

Jenkins or Maddux? They are my two favorite Cub pitchers and also wear/wore the same number.

IMO, Maddux is clearly the better of the 2 (and one of the best ever) but most of his accomlishments (most of his CY's, WS, Gold Gloves, etc) came with the Braves. So Maddux is the best pitcher to ever wear any Cub jersey, but Fergie did the most while actually wearing #31 in Cubbie blue.

I'm just kind of torn on this one and I suppose having to pick one isn't something I have to do but I just thought it was interesting to see that my two favorites wore/ware the same number. Both guys have super K/BB ratios.
