Moises Alou goes to the Astros, and we don't upgrade at all, and our odds of pulling this thing out just went downhill. I still think the teams in the East will beat each other up all year and the wild card is coming out of the Central, but it doesn't help us if we're 3rd...

 

You can't let that happen Jim, make him a Cub instead...

Very bad in my opinion. Adding Moises Alou to the Astros would make them a lot better. Maybe his poor attitude and bad base running will throw off their team chemistry though :wink:

That's not the problem. I think he had a problem that the only thing your post contained was a link saying "Astros acquire OF Moises Alou from Giants" and nothing to tell people that it was simply speculation and not even a rumor.

When I opened it up I thought the same thing. The way it was written, it looks like the trade already happened.
