The good (?) news is that we have a bunch of games against them. So there is lots of time to make up ground and put distance between us.

Although with the Phillies loss, that means we're in 3rd place in the Wild Card all by ourselves. Phillies are a half game back of us. I guess that's sort of good news. :?

a terrible out call on the appeal, many various generous strikes throughout the game for Marquis, and the Cubs old AAA catcher has the audacity to turn around and argue with the ump on a pitch.

Part of me is glad the Cubs don't have to face them until mid-August. I'd rather the Cubs face them at the end of an Astros hot streak instead of in the beginning or middle of one. ;)
