Wow. I've been in Romania for 2 weeks, and I was expecting to drop a spot or two. I'm actually up to third? I should not manage my team more often. I could actually overtake Vance this week. It's 8-2 right now.

Truth be told, I had no way to check on my team since I left town on Thursday AM around 6:30. On Wednesday night, I gave them a pep talk and told them to make me proud.
