I don't believe there have been any updates on his August 1st projected return date.

 

Cubs win! It wasn't pretty. Prior struggled a bit and the offense wasted way too many scoring opportunities, but a win is a win!

Prior's performance tonight was one of the better bad pitched games I've seen of him (if that makes sense). He had mediocre stuff all evening and was getting constantly squeezed. He still churned in a very solid effort. That's the marking of a true ace.
