Rammy has got to focus more on his throws to first. I love Aramis but he's a notorious loafer (he rarely runs hard to first and he's a poser at the plate)... All that coupled with his propensity to make clutch hits must make him a target of hatred from the opposition. LOL Edited by Blueheart05

92 pitches for Prior. Hopefullt he has another 1-2-3 inning in him...

I say get the pen ready, but let Prior go back out there. Someone gets on base, yank him. Otherwise, give him one more inning.

Dannnng, Blanco almost had another potentional double.

Wow, thank you wind for blowing that pop-up foul out of play.

I don't want to jinx it, but this looks like the Prior of old...

:D

the 2.33 K/BB isn't normal. his control isn't too good, or the ump is squeezing him. either way, 1 hit in 6.0 innings is great.

He's finding ways out of those jams though. And that's a definite positive.

Billy Buckner on the radio with Ron and Pat. I remember when he used to get hot and Harry would say " Wooaah that ball must look like a watermelon coming up there to him!"

Not to be picky but the Prior of old never seemed to struggle (but I get your point).

I understand, the three walks are a concern, but he's still not 100% either. I'm just glad to see a starter go this late in the game. After our bullpen was abused for a while, they need the extended rest.

Hopefully they can get a nice week or two of consistent 7 inning outings, and they can get rid of the extra bullpen spot.
