I think Cepeda is coming on and underrated by Cubs fans. Really hoping Conrad keeps it going and ends up using a likely Arizona Fall League assignment as a spring board to a breakout 2027 season in a way that is similar to what Owen Ayers did this year. Conrad has big upside in my opinion.

Remember, Conrad likely would have been a Top 5 pick a year ago (in an admittedly down year for the draft) if he had been healthy.

We know the talent is there, and he could leapfrog Hartshorn as top prospect in the system with a strong AFL showing.
