Is there anything here with this guy?  Looks like he was a minor league FA signing last year after some time on a summer league team.  I couldn't find anything on a pitch mix or velocity in a quick search.

The few times I've managed to watch Jostin he's looked like the minor league version of Phil Maton. Zero life on the fastball and two good breaking balls he can't command.
