I wasn't singling you out, but there have been a lot of posts about bad calls hurting the Cubs all season long.  I would guess that a lot of teams' message boards are claiming the same thing about their teams too.  In the end, the good teams are at the top and the mediocre teams are lagging behind just as expected.

I agree it is a complaint of all fans. I also agree that the Cubs would still be a very average team with automatic balls and strikes. But an umpire making the calls does favor teams who have catchers that rate out as good pitch framers. I am pretty sure that neither Amaya nor Beathencourt rate favorably. That doesn’t excuse the  Cubs record. But as thawv said, he just wants it right. They have the technology to make it right consistently, so they should do it. If anything, it would give fans and players one less thing to bitch about!

People are always going to bitch about something when things don't go there way - pass interference calls favoring the Chiefs, the election was stolen, Harris was given the questions ahead of time in the debate, etc.

Whats the excuse for them getting spanked by the rockies? Also 10 of the As wins in your sample size have been against the Angels and White Sox. Why are you all trying so hard to defend this failure of a team lol
