There are signs that Steele is a strikeouts + groundballs guy and that Keegan is a strikeouts + limits walks guy. I'm a good bit more bearish on Steele because of the velo issues that crop up late in most of his starts, but the odds of him being a legit SP still seem much higher than they were even just two months ago.

Ehhhh he struck out 4 times last night

 

Thing is, I'm glad to see him out of the leadoff spot. I'm sure he was pressing a bit as the slump worsened, and even though they are nowhere near being contenders it's still a pressure spot. Might have helped him to get him out of there for a bit.

 

His HR was a monster shot. Big boy blast.
