My yahoo draft is tonight and I am woefully unprepared. Essentially 0 research this year and I'm not sure I'll have time today and with what happened last year and not paying quite as much attention as in years past I'm panicking a bit. Soo if anyone wants to throw out their favorite sleeper of the year. Not sure if he's really a sleeper - but I may overdraft because of the catcher eligibility - Isiah Kiner-Falefa - that's the one name I've come up with.

My probably dumb strategy this year was to optimize for SP experience/durability. Both because post-pandemic there's gonna be a ton of 100-110 IP SP that won't add as much value as those who do get to 150-170, and because in our league we bumped up the IP requirement and dropped a pitching category(making it 6x5) which devalued the average pitcher. I don't have any deep sleepers since I'm pretty sure ESPN had multiple made up players in our auction last night, but in terms of guys I like more than the consensus: Verdugo, Pham, J Turner, Carson Kelly(mostly as backup/super deep league), Musgrove, and Desclafani.

I'm on board with catcher-eligible Kiner-Falefa, even drafted him for a bench spot. Pitching 1st, then old guys and guys with bad 2020s are what I wound up with, not that it was a stated strategy.
