Didier Vargas, who had put himself into the worth paying attention to DSL category, put up the most DSL line I've seen in a while.... 0.2 1 3 0 4 0.

Lange pitched again today:

7.1IP, 2H, 1R, 4BB, 8K.

He was mostly 91-92mph, topped out at 94mph... Must be a 2-seamer, there was a lot of movement.

It was an impressive performance, especially considering the opponent, OSU... OSU is the #1 seed and considered the best team in the country. On Monday, OSU scored 13 runs against LSU.

Erling Moreno goes 6 5 3 0 3 2, on 84 pitches. Pretty efficient. With a 12/0 GB/FB ratio. I'm so curious what his velo is at right now. My guess is its his typical 90-94, but Arguello bringing up 98 earlier this spring, has kept me wondering.....At any rate, he's having a pretty solid start to his season as a 20 year old in full season ball. His stock is definitely on the way up.

I watched every pitch he threw, but as the game was on the road, the announcer never gave one velo report.
