I kinda admire the boldness of this being the very first email I've received from Pat/Baseball Voices:

Happy Summer from Baseball Voices!

Coming soon: A New Framed Scorecard

A Framed Pat Hughes Scorecard of the famous Kerry Wood 20 Strikeout game in 1998, signed by both Pat and Kerry!

A Jon Miller Baseball Voices CD is being produced and will be available by Thanksgiving.

The Game 7 Scorecards of the 2016 World Series continue to be a bargain for only $20. Make sure to go to the Special Delivery/Comments box at checkout to let us know if you would like Pat to add a short personalized message to the print along with his signature.

Enjoy the baseball season!

Head to the Baseball Voices website to order, and feel free to call us with any questions...847 867-3682

Though, seriously, did you order a framed one? I've seen people online who ordered the unframed version receiving it, but seemingly nobody saying they got the framed one; just calls from Pat.

No, I got an unframed.

I asked Pat if there was any chance you’d get yours. He said it’s got a chaaaaaaaaaaaance

lol at him adding new scorecards into this scam.

Here's Pat talking to Coomer before the game today:

"Sammy Sofa," this name keeps coming up over and over again. Every day Sammy's mail is getting sent back to me. Sammy Sofa! Sammy Sofa! I look in the mail, and this whole box is Sammy Sofa! So I say to myself, "I gotta find this guy! I gotta go up to his office and put his mail in the guy's [expletive] hands! Otherwise, he's never going to get it and he's going to keep coming back down here." So I go up to Sammy's office and what do I find out, Coom? What do I find out?! There is no Sammy Sofa. The man does not exist, okay? So I decide, "Oh horsefeathers, buddy, I gotta dig a little deeper." There's no Sammy Sofa? You gotta be kidding me! I got boxes full of Sammy!

I called the number and left my email address and haven't gotten any kind of reply; no indication of anything besides my bank showing the PayPal charge. What the horsefeathers.

he probably read how bad your posts are here and is just going to steal your money as punishment

this post from may 9th has really stood the test of time

This whole thing is funny to me because it reminds me of my daughter. About a month ago, she cleaned out her closet and dug up a ton of American Girl stuff (dolls, clothes, etc.) . She gets the idea that she can sell all of this stuff on eBay and make a good chunk of change doing so. To her credit, she spent an entire Saturday individually photographing each piece (all the while mentally spending all this money she thinks she's going to make).

Fast forward to now, when the reality of having to create all these eBay pages (not to mention shipping these items if/when she sells them) has settled in, and this great idea doesn't seem so great anymore

I ordered the unframed, however on the website it said it was 8.5x14, when I got the score cards they measured 8x14. I had already ordered the framing and matting to fit an 8.5x14 scorecard so each one now has a slight gap. Still looks cool, but everyone on father's day thought I was a dumbass.

Pat call!

He called me while I was home for lunch today and said all the framed ones were sent out last week, so apparently if you haven't received one yet it should be showing up this week. WE'LL SEE.

Though he at least is sending me an unframed personalized scorecard to make up for the delay, so good on you, Pat.

Sounds like when it came time to make a frame order, someone had a little trouble with their friends at Gold Coast Bank.

Maybe instead of hiring people to stuff frames from Craigslist he should've employed people from the business friendly village of New Lenox.

He probably just decided to not bother with the 5th of every 9 orders and yours was the unlucky one.

I would have laughed so hard if it had shown up broken in half or something

I would then have felt bad for laughing

Knowing that Sofa got his and Pat is indeed a man of integrity I have ordered 2 just now. One for myself and one for my dad for his birthday at the end of August.
