There was a time in the post Derrek Lee pre-Rizzo timetable where I really wanted Loney. I'm glad smarter men run this team.

His 2008 G1 NLDS Grand Slam is the angriest I've been at baseball since that dreaded night in 2003. Well, maybe the Daniel Murphy thing last year but that was more of a progressive, building anger.

 

Glad to see he got a gig, I guess.
