Gets 2/20 after turning down 1/15.8......Geez. That's definitely one part of the CBA that'll get changed somehow. Personally, I wish they'd just go back to exactly the way it was, as far as type A and type B guys. Give teams losing them picks, don't penalize teams for signing them and do away with draft budgets, plus the no major league deals right off the bat could be reinstated. Won't happen, but it seemed fairer then than it does now.
