Krol was once a pretty decent prospect, top 100 in 2011. But this is two non-top 30 prospects from a bad farm system.

Why would we want Maybin when we will get Heyward?

I'm honestly a bit befuddled by this deal. Yeah, Maybin cooled off, but that's it?

 

Hart/Coppolella are a good combination overall, so if that's it, I'm taking a guess that was it. Still a bit shocking. Braves get some salary relief and perhaps some pen arms.
