Rosters locked and Playoffs set

Keeper rosters are now locked. Only playoff teams should make changes to their rosters the rest of the season. After the playoffs, rosters will revert to yesterday.

 

I also set up this week's matchups. HIPS v Dealers and Quakers v STI. Tim and Abuck get the byes.
