I'm guessing that the previous titles were lost in the hack, since I used to be "Jim Riggleman Disciple".

I don't want it back though. It was kind of lame and I'll think of a better title eventually.

Could 100 posts be the magic All-Star number?

Or should there be some qualitative measure added? Frankly, 100 "Hey, how ya doin'?" posts don't strike me as much of a qualification. Perhaps 100 or some other number would be the threshhold at which someone would be *considered* for All-Star status.

I've set up "Special" ranks and ranks that are determined by the number of posts.

The ranks by the number of posts are:

  • Bench Player - 0 Posts
    Everyday Player - 25 Posts
    Veteran Player - 250 Posts
    All-Star - 1000 Posts

I'm still trying to figure out a process for the Special Ranks (the only one I'll mention right now is HOF). I imagine that I'll have some nomination / voting process.

--I'm currently at 315 posts (although I wasn't given credit for my 12:32pm post on transactions (Cubs on verge of signing Lieber-- so I should be at 316). Anyway, I guess at this rate (I think I joined in 2004), it will be a very long time before I reach All-star status, because I most always, never post during the regular season (I guess I'm too wrapped up in the Cubs)...it's only during the offseason, that I feel the need to fill the void.

Raisin is approaching being the first Inner-Circle HOF member.

So much for pretending there isn't an inner-circle.

Can't be right...I have 207 posts and am a role player? Not something I ever paid attention to quite frankly until I ran into this thread.

Look up a couple of posts. The rankings have changed.
