What a shock that Olt's wrist was fractured and it didn't show up until Bryant was clear of service time issues. Who could have predicted.

 

I get the sarcasm, but the Cubs also let Soler play for like 3 months in the minors with an on again off again sore ankle before they realized he had been playing with shin fracture the entire time

Olt also had 2 ABs two days after he was hit. It took an off day for him to see a specialist, which is when the hairline fracture was found. I don't think it's that odd. If they knew he had a fracture, I doubt he gets the ABs.
