So did WGN lose or not choose to renew all the TV rights too? I was thinking of getting a decent cable package which included WGN and BBC America, but if I can't get any Cubs games on my TV, then heck with it.

Yup. Back in the proverbial day it was 154 games on WGN every year. Best way to spend a summer, lunching with the Cubs.
