First - does Raisin know his roster is illegal and he hasn't gotten points for several days?

 

Second - like prior years, we need to tweak the settings so you don't get an illegal roster notice (and penalty) for having too many players on your bench. As long as only 19 are active, then you should be able to have all 19 on your bench if you want to. As in prior seasons, teams often want to have fewer than 7 pitchers in the starting lineup to avoid an unfavorable start or going over 7 starts. Right now, that's considered "illegal" by CBS when it isn't.

people complain about not having the "illegal roster" alert and also don't like that you can't overstuff your bench to avoid going over in starts. I don't think it can be done both ways.

 

also, there really cannot be that many instances where you HAVE to put a bunch of extra pitchers on your bench to avoid going over starts.

Ok. I'm pretty sure we didn't get an illegal roster warning for having an extra guy on the bench last year after it came up a few times and points had to be fixed, but maybe I'm wrong. You don't seem to like having to adjust points after the fact, but I don't care how you prefer to handle it.

that's because we didn't have the "no points if your roster is illegal" setting on. but because people were like "I didn't know my roster was illegal because there wasn't a huge flashing red signal advising me of such" it was turned on.

 

and you are correct...I do not like having to adjust points after the fact. not denying that at all.

 

if someone thinks they were shorted points because they had an extra pitcher on the bench (but didn't exceed their roster limit), i'll gladly add points back, but I'm not gonna be the one combing through box scores to figure out the points.

No, I didn't. I haven't been in town since Friday and set my lineup in advance for this week.

 

How come when I went into the RK website just now, it didn't say anything was illegal? It looks my move of placing Chris Young on the DL never saved. Frustrating that that apparently cost me lots of points.

I moved Olt to the minors yesterday when I put Wong back in. Bc CBS is stupid, it put Olt on my bench instead of the minors so I didn't get any points yesterday. I should have 76 points from yesterday
