Cubs roster has never faced Nick Tepesch.

Yeah, I don't expect him to go all Christy Matthewson-y on the Rangers as he did the Padres, but he's been a solid 4-ish starter since his first two outings, though anyone who simply looksed at his last start plus his ERA would probably get the wrong idea due to his plethora of unearned runs.

It really sucks that they are making us make this one up.

It's a natural fit based on off days and the proximity of both teams' next series. The Rangers are in Milwaukee tomorrow and the Cubs stay home...

Hahaha, DeJesus was out by so much that when the throw got away he had time to alter his slide for a quicker pop-up.

in fairness, soriano was only out by a full foot

That'll teach Andrus not to take the runner's helmet off with the tag.

Ugh... Changing the Cubs radio announcers to cooperating instead of competing in the Cubs Attendance Game years ago has been a terrible decision every broadcast since

That should have been a swinging and called strike, come on

castro needs to leave the bag and go get that ball. that was going to be into centerfield even if it didn't hit the runner.

Allow five runs after recording the first two outs of an inning?

ONLY THE CUBS

So, actually giving up a walk to Castro calls for a visit from the pitching coach?

Rizzo vs lefties is one of the best developments of the year.
