Why is at bats a bad stat? Is it any worse than hits, HRs or any other non team dependent counting stat?

 

I have to vote W-L as the most overrated stat.

Plate appearances is more telling.

I have to vote W-L as the most overrated stat.

It somehow took on greater importance than plate appearances, which really just makes things confusing from statistic to statistic.
