He was the Rule5 guy that, barring a trade, needs to make the roster or be returned to the Phills. I can't find anything and that makes me think the decision hasn't been made yet with one ST game remaining. Does anyone have other information?

Cubs are waiting until this evening or tomorrow to make final bullpen decisions.

The fact that he's still around suggests that they have some interest in him, in which case there's absolutley no reason for them to send him away in favor of Rodrigo Lopez or Sean Camp. I'd give him a month or so and if he still hasn't found the strike zone, Rodrigo Lopezes and Sean Camps will be abundant if we don't have an internal replacement.
