Never had the enchiladas, but the seafood chimichanga at Chi Chi's was amazing.

 

And Bennigan's did have an awesome Monte Cristo.

 

I thought both of these chains were closed, but there is a Bennigan's about 10 minutes from my house. Haven't been there since they supposedly went out of business several years ago.
