Why? because we have nothing else to do around here other than discuss when it's OK to be racist or administrative assistants.

ALE

Yankees overcome Red Sox.

ALC

Tigers hold on

ALW

Rangers hold on

ALWC

Red Sox

NLE

Phillies

NLC

Brewers

NLW

I'm torn. I guess I'll say Giants. no D Backs. No Giants.

NLWC

Braves

ALDCS

Yankees v. Rangers: Yankees have their revenge 3-2

Red Sox v. Tigers: Justin Verlander is enough to secure a huge upset against the pre season favorites and the Tigers win 3-1

NLDCS

Phillies v. Giants. I mean D Backs. I mean who the hell cares, Phils make short work 3-0

Brewers v. Braves Brewers have some very flashy players, and are very hot and cold, but the overall consistancy of the Braves prevails 3-2 in the most exciting and well matched series of the post season.

ALCS

Yankees v. Tigers

1 ace may be enough to take down a superpower in a 5 game series, but 7, not so much. Yanks win 4-1

NLCS

Phillies v. Braves: Braves give the Phils a run for their money, but the Phils ultimately win 4-2

World Series

Phils v. Yankees: The Phillies star studded rotation tames the Yankees offense, and win the World Series 4-2.

2 Milwaukee vs. 4 Atlanta - Milwaukee in 5 games

NYY over Texas in 5 - Yanks come back from a 2-1 deficit to win in 5

Phillies over D'Backs in 4 - D'Backs sneak in playoffs due to feeble Giants offense and sneak away with game 2 over Cliff Lee! But then they go bye bye

Braves over Brewers in 4 - Braves pitch their way past the Crew.

Boston over Yankees in 6 - THHEEEEEEE YANKEEES LOSE

Braves over Phillies in 7 - Braves shock the "world" with a series win over the Phils.

Braves over Red Sox in 7 :-k

Dunno why I just have a wierd feeling the Braves win it all.

if you were going full troll you should've had the cardinals winning it all, then pujols declaring in the post-ws jubilation that he would sign with the cards for $1m a year for the rest of his playing career.

Well, of course he'll do that after coming so close to another World Series title in front of the BFIB.

You just knew when the Cardinals snuck in on the last day due to a historic collapse that they weren't just going to go down weakly. The years everyone expected them to get to the WS (2005, 2009) they stumbled early on. The years everyone thought they had no shot (2006, 2011) they make it to the WS at least.

They singlehandedly ruined my postseason. I had a crapload of run watching the DS, but because of this shitty as NLCS, I lost almost all interest in following this round and will likely avoid the world series too unless the Rangers go up 3-0.

pretty much this. The slobbering over the cardinals and especially over larussa and his "genius" handling of the bullpen makes me gag. Won't be watching the WS unless it's a rangers champagne celebration.
