Last week for the East to exert its superiority over the West. Proof of the East's superiority:

 

1. My team, tied for 6th in the East, beat the 1st place team in the West by nearly 100 points last week.

2. As proof that wasn't a one-time fluke, my team is 4-3 against the West despite being only 1-6 against the East.

3. If the season were to end today 8-6 would miss the playoffs in the East but a 7-7 team would make the playoffs in the West.

More proof ? The Dealers, 5th in the East, have more points than every team in the West except for the 1st place team (who's the best in our League).

Maybe you should buy yourself some consistency ;-).

 

The West has a 30,970 points where the East has 30,453. The West has had 31,081 points against, East has 30,348. We can see who has played a tougher schedule too. East also has 3 teams below 3550 points where the West has 1. The West is more balanced, where the East is more top heavy. Hardly that much better if any though.

All I know is that somehow I don't get starts from Halladay, Greinke or Pineda this week while playing one of the top teams in the league.

 

Of course, that should mean I get two starts from each of them the following week when I play Shane.
