Cliff Lee Trade Advice

I'm in a 12 team auction keeper league with my buddies from college. My hitting has taken a real dive and I'm in a position to get some help. I'm also in a position to win this year if I make a move. My league scores quality starts instead of wins, and home runs allowed. My third baseman is Casey McGhee. Which offer is more enticing

 

Offer one: Cliff Lee and Neil Walker for Drew Stubbs and Yovani Gallardo

Offer two: Cliff Lee for Alex Rodriguez and one of Scott Baker, Chad Carrasco, Bud Norris, or Ryan Vogelsong.

Those trades look terrible. I guess if the waiver wire for 3B is pathetic, you take A-Rod plus Carrasco?
