I guess my mistake was actually including proven major league players in my proposal. It's kind of hilarious that Adam got the deal with minor leaguers when he bitches at everyone that trades with me about how those deals will never work out for them. :)

Ditto! I offered Stanton, Venters, Singleton, Gibson and 1st pick in prospect draft. I'm thinking the 2nd round pick in the regular draft put Adam over the top in the sweepstakes.

Adam upped it on the 2nd round regular draft pick once he knew we basically had an even offer. He didn't have that pick in the original proposal...

We more or less did that with this thread considering your 2nd round draft pick was not in the deal originally until the offers were posted.

50 plate appearances is just enough to remove September callups who barely play. Thats why its 50. the inconsistency is because once you lose minor league eligibility, its gone forever (as opposed to having three years).
