6.26 ERA, 1.57 WHIP, 13 K, 6 BB in 23 IP over 13 appearances (four starts)

As starter: 10.05 ERA, 2.02 WHIP, 8 K, 4 BB in 14 1/3 IP

http://a.espncdn.com/combiner/i?img=/i/headshots/mlb/players/full/2748.png&w=350&h=254

5.40 ERA, 1.37 WHIP, 11 K, 8 BB in 23 1/3 IP over 11 appearances (two starts)

As starter: 6.30 EAR, 1.70 WHIP, 4 K, 5 BB in 10 IP

A great eighth inning propelled the Cubs on Saturday and hopefully they can keep it up tonight. Russell has allowed exactly four earned runs (two starts he gave up an unearned run) in all four of his starts this year while not allowing a single run in his relief appearances. Hopefully the Cubs can get some runs off Wakefield because Russell's likely to give up a few.

GO CUBS!
