I've seen all but three, and I'm still planning on seeing the Fighter. The King's Speech should win. Social Network will win.

Social Network was my favorite movie this year until I saw The King's Speech and Black Swan.

The best movie I have seen on the list is Inception, but I have yet to see The Social Network of The King's Speech.

Including those (obviously), I've got Inception as the 5th best movie on the list

Golden Globes and Academy Awards have aligned in the Best Motion Picture the following years in the last decade:

 

2000 - Gladiator

2001 - A Beautiful Mind

2003 - Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

2008 - Slumdog Millionaire

 

For the record, The Social Network won the Golden Globe this year.

The editing category is a sham this year as neither that nor Coen bros (Roderick Jaynes) are nominated.

 

But you're right about Inception, it has no chance whatsoever. The only ones that have a chance are Social Network and The King's Speech
