wait a minute...how can they be sitting Castro in favor of a veteran when someone with less MLB experience is starting instead?

He said he would only start Castro if he was under .300 since he's started something like 14 out of the last 15.

What were Len and Bob talking about in terms of favoring a veteran and a rookie having to "earn his stripes", then?

I don't know. I've got Pat & Dave on.

I'm trying to decide if I would prefer to lose 1-0 or 16-14. I guess I'd like to see middle relievers I don't care about give up a whole lot of runs and get one fewer runs by the offense.

I get the feeling we're the only ones watching this instead of football. :)

Even though it has been a lousy year, I'll still miss Cubs baseball the next five months.

Nady CRUSHED that ball. Can't really tell from the replay whether or not it was fair.

wait a minute...how can they be sitting Castro in favor of a veteran when someone with less MLB experience is starting instead?

He said he would only start Castro if he was under .300 since he's started something like 14 out of the last 15.

What were Len and Bob talking about in terms of favoring a veteran and a rookie having to "earn his stripes", then?

I don't know. I've got Pat & Dave on.

I get the feeling we're the only ones watching this instead of football. :)

Even though it has been a lousy year, I'll still miss Cubs baseball the next five months.

I would be watching if I could get csn or there was enough people there not to have a blackout on our local fox sports network.

So I am suffering with TBS and NY and Bosox
