Cliff Lee

Has walked only four batters this year in 86 2/3 IP. That's 0.415 BB/9 and would be sixth ever in baseball and the best since 1900 (beating Carlos Silva's 0.43 from 2005).

He's also struck out 76 batters for a ridiculous 19 K/BB. The record is 11 set by Bret Saberhagen in 1994 (143 K, 13 BB).
